Outdoor Magic Unique Blend Smoking Sawdust is ideal for use in a fish smoker. Burning with less intensity than chips or chunks, Unique Blend Smoking Sawdust provides a special blend of sweet and strong earthy flavours, which can make for a delicious addition to a range of meats, fish, poultry and vegetables. 

Smoking Sawdust burns slower however provides less heat than standard smoking chips meaning for a stronger flavour or higher heat it will need to be replenished more often.
