Ideal for searing thick cuts of meat – complete with those authentic flame-grilled stripes – or speedy cooking of hearty chunks of veg, such as cauliflower, carrots, tomato, potatoes, and anything seafood or poultry, it’s also super-useful for baking in a conventional oven rather than outdoors.

• Removable Cast Iron Handle – uniquely designed to help you safely transfer your sizzler dish in and out of the oven, it locks into the looped handles at either end of the dish to help you place it into the pizza oven and then extract it again once the cooking’s done.
