Designed for True Neapolitan Pizza
Neapolitan pizza is cooked at very high temperatures and in a short time. When the oven is fully heat‑saturated at around 450°C / 845°F, pizzas can cook in as little as 45–60 seconds. The Neapolitan Arch creates the airflow and heat retention needed to reach and maintain these conditions, helping you achieve authentic results with high‑hydration doughs.
