Care & Maintenance

Exterior cleaning:
Ensure the oven is completely cool before cleaning. Use a non‑caustic, bleach‑free cleaning spray on dirty areas. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Clean with warm soapy water and a sponge or non‑abrasive dish cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels. The flue can be removed for easier cleaning.

Interior cleaning:
The best way to clean the inside of Arc is by burning off food residue. When the oven reaches temperatures above 350°C, it enters a self‑cleaning phase. Any burnt‑on food or soot will naturally burn away after approximately three hours.
