At the heart of the Caterer is a massive, 5mm-thick sandblasted mild steel hotplate that delivers exceptional, even heat retention across a huge cooking surface. The six durable stainless steel burners output a massive 84 MJ/h of heating power, giving you the control to sear steaks on one side while gently grilling onions on the other.

Gasmate has also upgraded the aesthetics and functionality. The sleek, high-temperature powder-coated black fascia and matching knobs give it a sharp, professional look. When the wind picks up, simply detach the heavy-duty lid and use it as a custom windshield. Plus, with folding side shelves for extra prep room and heavy-duty castors, packing up and rolling away at the end of the day is completely effortless.
