Edy So far so good
The BBQ is quite solid built. The hood is heavy and the cabinet is painted shiny. It's probably the only equivalent replacement for the old school non-Heston Everdure BBQ. So far I've cooked chicken satay and sausages. No problem with flare ups in the grills. The flame is quite hot, I can say it has lots of fire power. Steaks not even heat distribution. I find heat distribution not even, more heat at the back of the grill. Probably replacing the metal flame tamer to a ceramic flame tamer will help to solve this. Smokes also directed to my face. Maybe that's both normal for hooded gas BBQ. It's easy to keep clean using beefeater triangle brush and a spatula to scrape the hotplate. So far I'm happy with the purchase, will try cooking burger next and update this review.
