The pros : The unit is well built , the internal stainless steel components are quality materials. The black enamel surface is thick and will withstand ware and tear . The cast iron plates are heavy duty and clean up easily. Plenty of cooking area and balanced out quite well , The cons I found the the edges of the grease trap sharp . The underside of the outer flange is sharp and care is to be taken when installed, as I had to slide it 5mm and it scratched my stone bench top , if it had some soft high temp rubber on the underside to protect it and create as nice seal as well . These is no drip tray to slide out , only a removable grease trap , and other small pieces Of Meat , grease/ juice End up on the base of the Bbq . This requires to pull the grills and grease trap to access it for cleaning. Not ideal But can be done . I lined mine with foil . Overall: I’m very happy with my purchase and made the right choice.
