We work with our own fleet of trucks for the Sydney Metropolitan area, as well as trusted local and interstate freight carriers, ensuring prompt nationwide delivery at reasonable rates.
We only charge one delivery fee per online order, even if your order includes multiple items. If there are multiple products in your cart, only one rate will be charged based on the single most expensive item to deliver.

Free shipping promotions apply exclusively to online orders and are subject to specific eligibility thresholds and product exclusions:
Freight shipments are Curbside & Driveway delivery only. Freight drivers cannot lift goods up stairs or carry items into backyards.
Parcel orders may be left in a safe spot if suitable. Heavy freight requires an adult signature upon arrival; couriers will call ahead to schedule delivery.
Inspect packaging upon arrival. If goods arrive damaged, note "Damaged" on the delivery docket and inform us within 48 hours with clear photos.
If a scheduled freight delivery fails due to an absent recipient or incorrect address provided, courier redelivery fees will be passed on to the customer.
We cannot deliver heavy freight or bulky equipment to PO Boxes or Australia Post Lockers. A physical street address is required.
Certain lines are restricted to Sydney Metro. For non-eligible regions, we welcome customers to arrange their own 3rd-party transport carrier for Silverwater depot pickup.
